Burke Porter Group (BPG), the global manufacturer of intelligent machines for automotive assembly and testing, is an exhibitor at the North American Automotive Testing Expo this year to promote its end of line testing, machines for automotive powertrain, dynamometers, and balancing solutions along with many other innovative products in Novi, Michigan, from October 24-26, 2017.
The Expo will be co-located with the Engine Expo North America at the Suburban Collection Showplace, alongside the Autonomous Vehicle Test & Development Symposium, which Burke Porter Group is also a sponsor of to
The combined Engine Expo and Automotive Testing Expo is North America’s annual dedicated international trade fair for automotive powertrain design, production, components, and technology. BPG is just one of over 300 exhibitors lined up for the Expo, which last year hosted almost 6,000 attendees – a record, according to Graham Johnson, managing director of UKIP Media & Events, organizer of the event.
“More exhibitors than ever before have attracted more visitors than ever before,” Johnson said. “We’ve seen more new product launches than ever, too. The need for better, faster, more accurate component and full-vehicle test and validation technologies is clearly greater than ever.”
Exhibiting companies featuring automated test equipment (ATE), NVH analysis, tire testing, dynamometers, sensors and transducers, automatic inspection, vibration and shock testing, acoustic testing, and environmental testing, will be out to demonstrate that their products are able to help with the ultimate aim of eliminating recalls, according to UKIP.
Since its founding in 1953, the BPG global family of companies has set the standard for automotive assembly and testing. As the foremost supplier of EOL testing equipment, BPG provides full vehicle/RDM/axle NVH testing and balancing machines that simulate real world road conditions to provide precise, repeatable test results in a production environment.
At Expo Booth 2023, BPG is promoting its NVH test solution for gearset noise, knicks and clicks, and gearbox communication can help automotive OEMs develop a reliably quiet product – vital to attracting today’s sophisticated auto buyers.
The Testing Expo also features a free Open Technology Forum which runs for the entire three days of the exhibit.
