Automation of assembly lines increases efficiency and production rates while reducing costs and minimizing labor requirements. These complex systems provide automated material handling between stations, allowing production to proceed without, or with very little human intervention. Some flexible automation lines can be used for batch production, for instance in food manufacturing. Advanced assembly line equipment can be programmed to continuously and automatically adjust for variations in product design, such as size or model.

Tire and Wheel Assembly
Our tire & wheel assembly systems offer all the customization required for seamless integration and provide flexibility to process a variety of wheel and tire combinations. Assembly systems include our innovative, patented robotic rim valve stem inserter and the industry's first single/double robotic tire mounters, along with tire pressure monitor support (TPM), soapers, loaders, bead seat/load simulation, and balancing. Other system modules include vision error proofing, a patented telescoping dual ring tire inflator.
