Non-Contact Wheel Alignment Systems (NCA)

Our non-contact wheel alignment systems (NCA) are equipped with proprietary 3D laser technology for high accuracy toe, camber and caster measurement in a modular design that can be adapted to customer requirements. Four floating plates position the vehicle, allowing optimal clearance at the front, rear and/or side slides for underbody adjustment. With temperature calibration, an increased field of view, no need for mechanical camera movement, and stray and ambient light filters, our LMI measurement systems are more stable, accurate, and repeatable than the Perceptron systems. Additionally, our system’s modular design makes it capable of adapting to a wide range of tire and vehicle sizes—and it can read wheel tilt, which eliminates the need of a camber camera.

Roll Brake Systems

BPG supplies roll brake systems for 2WD, AWD, and e-vehicles, that meet maximum efficiency and quality. The adjustable rear wheel axle is set to accommodate the vehicle wheelbase. Side rollers, retaining rollers or safety rollers, vehicle detection, and vehicle guidance systems are part of the package. Rattle & Twist Systems

BPG provides rattle and twist systems designed to simulate a test-track environment without leaving the facility. Various road surface twisting effects are simulated by independently tilting the front and rear axle. The vehicle wheelbase is set by moving the rear part of the machine which makes this machine perfectly suited for use in a production line environment as well as in pilot plants. Side rollers, retaining rollers, vehicle detection and vehicle guiding are part of the package, which easily detects rattle and squealing noises.
